Access & Delivery
GameCamp is a place, not a parcel. What you book is time on the field in our Warsaw venue, so there's no physical product to ship. This page explains how your booking reaches you and how access works.
Nothing is shipped
Passes, bootcamp boxes and LAN seats are services used on site. We don't post hardware, discs or packages, and there are no delivery fees. If you were expecting a physical order, you're on the wrong kind of page — everything here happens at the venue.
How your booking is delivered
After you send the form, we confirm by email. That confirmation is your booking — bring it, or just give your name or team name at the front desk. There's no printed ticket to wait for and nothing to collect from a courier.
Activating your session
Your pass activates when you check in at the desk. An hourly station starts the clock when you sit down; a bootcamp box runs through the day; LAN seats open at the event's warm-up time. Staff will point your team to its box or station.
Location and hours
We're in Warsaw, Poland, open daily from 10:00 to midnight. Exact address and directions are sent with your booking confirmation so you arrive at the right door.
